Behavioural Performance Continuum -Training Game

£0.00

The ‘Behavioural Performance Continuum’ helps learners to visualise where they feel they/or the organisation currently perform, versus where they would like to perform in the future enables detailed and action focussed conversations to take place. This training game also works well when reviewing organisational values.

Description

Behavioural Performance Continuum Objectives

The Current-Future Behavioural Performance Continuum is a great game to assess where delegates view their current and target behavioural performance, enabling them to visualise the step-change between the two. The game also works well when reviewing organisational values and driving the delivery of these.

Behavioural Performance Continuum Instructions

Explain to your group that they are going to play a game that assesses current versus future behavioural performance; helping them to identify the step change between each.

Print out the percentage papers and lay them on the floor a distance apart. Lay the ‘current’ and ‘target’ pieces of paper next to a row each. Leave plenty of space for the group to stand in between each row.

Reveal the organisation’s values, one-by-one, on screen. Alternatively, reveal the behaviours which you are collectively reviewing.

As you reveal a value/behaviour, ask the delegates to stand at the percentage point between 0 and 100, that represents where they each feel they are currently able to deliver that value/behaviour.

Follow the same process, except this time getting each delegate to identify their target percentage.
