Whether the feedback is for operational or behavioural performance reasons, participants will be challenged to apply the tools and techniques provided to ‘real’ situations they are dealing with.
The session will explore the barriers and challenges participants feel they face, establishing approaches to overcome these. The key principles of giving structured, honest and objective performance feedback will be explored, along with developing an approach that will enable them to prepare for many of the common responses they will face, with a view to improving the performance of the individuals concerned.
The toolkit is aimed at helping people to develop the confidence and competence to face into difficult conversations in a timely and consistent manner.
