This toolkit focuses on providing a practical structure for implementing and embedding change in the participants’ teams. By drawing on proven change models, participants are supported in applying their learning to ‘real’ change situations.

Description

Aim:

The leading change training materials support participants in dealing with and leading change in an effective manner, by focusing on developing the skills and behaviours required in order to support teams through the change ‘journey’.  Participants will be equipped to implement and embed any form of change successfully.

Leading change training is not the preserve of senior managers; today’s dynamic environment focuses all leaders on change constantly.  But what is it that ensures you are a successful leader of change?  The answer to this question is not difficult, although sometimes it may seem it when leaders are in the throws of change. This toolkit focuses on providing a practical structure for implementing and embedding change in the participants’ teams.  By drawing on proven change models, participants are supported in applying their learning to ‘real’ change situations.
