SDI & Self-Awareness

This practical and interactive workshop explores how to develop a greater understanding of yourself and others, so that you can build more effective, rewarding and sustainable relationships.

We all know that being surrounded by a high performing, engaged and motivated team is every leader and manager’s dream. Having the ability to know how to intuitively adapt your style and behaviour, to get the most out of people is a critical skill for today’s world; but this requires a couple of things: an awareness of yourself and an awareness of others.

This workshop will cover the key principles you will need, to develop and maintain value-adding relationships, by being aware of your personal strengths and through understanding conflict.

The materials in this toolkit have been created to support the learning process when using the SDI® Self Edition workbook.
