Description

Aim:

These emotional intelligence training materials enable delegates to explore the theory of emotional intelligence (EQ) in practical day-to-day terms and understand how it distinguishes superior performance from run of the mill performance, both in individuals and teams.  By increasing levels of EQ participants are able to recognise their emotions; understand what they are telling them; and realise how emotions affect people around them. Emotional intelligence also involves your perception of others; when you understand how others feel, it allows you to manage relationships more effectively.

Our emotional intelligence training materials draw on a range of leading academic theorists including Dan Goleman,  Peter Salovey and John Mayer; with their key thoughts and findings presented in a pragmatic and practical way to enable learners to apply the theory back in the workplace.

Workshop Content:

  • Identifying emotional pressure points and how to effectively manage these
