Describe It – Communicate with Others Instructions

Explain to the group that they are going to work in pairs (or groups of three) and play a game that focusses on how they communicate with others.

Each group is to take it in turns, to send one person to the facilitator. The facilitator will pass this person a card.

The person must describe the word written on the card, to their teammates. They are not allowed to use any of the taboo words or break any of the rules.

When the team guesses the word correctly, the facilitator will pass them another card.

Each person in the team will take it in turns to describe the words on the cards – they will each have 60 seconds.

The game then moves round to another group. The process is to continue until all delegates have participated. The team with the maximum points wins.
