Support effective reflection in training sessions by asking your delegates to create a short, sharp and snappy tweet that summarises their understanding from the training session.

This is a great little exercise to wrap up your training session and to support reflection. All in a Tweet enables delegates to cut to the chase with their learning and share that with their fellow delegates.

It's all in a Tweet - Reflection in Training Instructions

The great thing about Twitter is that it limits our ability to waffle and helps us cut to the chase.

Ask your delegates to reflect on their learning, from their training session, and then to compose two/three ‘tweets’ that will be their goals/commitments as a result of the training session.

When they are ready, ask them to share their tweets with the group.

Once the time has lapsed, ask each group to share their chain.
