The training content quiz provides a super way to deliver learning reflection, so you can check your delegates’ understanding and retention of information.
Additionally, you can use this exercise to revise your own course content or prepare for a sales pitch. By doing so, you will know your content inside out.

Divide the group into two teams. Give each team a pile of blank cards and challenge them to create as many questions (and answers) as they can, based on the course content to date. The delegates have 15 minutes to complete the exercise.
Each team scores one point for every question that is valid. The trainer will judge if each question is accurate and based on the content.
Each team will then ask their validated questions to the other side. If the team guesses correctly, they gain one point.
If the teams do not have equal numbers of validated questions, the trainer will ask questions to make up the difference. That way, no team has more opportunity to score points than the other side. The team with the most points wins!
