Joining Instructions Overview

Training instructions are often overlooked, or not given the due care and attention they deserve. Frequently, they are done at the last minute or not adequately thought through. The result of this is delegate confusion and apprehension. Not to mention the additional calls/emails, the trainer ends up having to reply to, to resolve the queries that hastily put together joining instructions create.

Joining Instructions are the critical element of your learner onboarding. For many of your delegates, it will be your first point of contact with them. If your initial contact with your leaners were in person, you would not rush that interaction. You would make those learners feel special; you would help them to understand you and the programme. Above all else, you would make them feel at ease.

Fortunately, we have taken all that stress away from you.

Our free joining instructions provide you with a robust template that gives you space to introduce yourself, your programme, the training content and the expected learning outcomes as a result of attending the programme.

The template also provides you with the opportunity to inform your learners of the relevant training logistics (location, dates, dress code, etc.), along with the scope to set pre-work for the delegates to complete, before entering the training environment.

The joining instructions template is an editable PDF with professionally graphic designed cover. Alternatively, you can download a Word version and add your design.
